This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design mobile video advertisements that capture the attention of millions.

• Establish yourself as a creative authority in mobile gaming by analyzing competitor strategies and testing innovative concepts.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the performance metrics of your creations and the reasons behind them.

• Collaborate within a small, diverse creative team comprising individuals from various backgrounds and nationalities.

• Participate in cross-functional projects, including the testing of new tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in video editing and content creation.

• Proficient in motion graphics software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut Desktop.

• Innovative, inquisitive, and open to trying out new ideas.

• Knowledge of how video content impacts marketing effectiveness.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English or Russian.

• Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry, particularly in hybrid-casual, casual, or midcore games.

• Experience with 3D software or Unity is an advantage.
