Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to production requirements and existing AI characters/intellectual properties.

• Produce narrative-centric, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the complete AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and various other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences.

• Ensure character consistency, style, and scene coherence across extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into the final outputs.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and methods, sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative vision of the Content Lead while making independent technical choices.

• Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, visual effects, or digital art.

• A robust portfolio; experience in AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation processes, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing methods.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• Strong grasp of visual storytelling principles, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency throughout AI-generated sequences.

• Proficiency in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• High sense of ownership and capability to work independently.

• Comfortable in navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Capable of iterating, testing, refining, and enhancing work rapidly.

• Curious, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.

• Portfolio links showcasing the best narrative films/videos and AI vertical mini-series episodes are required.

• Legal authorization to work in the current country of residence.

• Willingness and ability to operate under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.
