This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create impactful advertisements, reels, and various video content.

• Edit longer-form materials occasionally, such as vlogs and episodic videos.

• Choose engaging footage and implement effective hooks, pacing, transitions, and sound design.

• Add text animations, graphics, and visual effects as necessary.

• Adhere to the brand’s visual style and convert creative direction into refined content.

• Handle diverse output requirements, ranging from multiple short-form pieces to longer weekly edits.

• Take ownership of the editing process with minimal oversight and proactively manage priorities.

• Collaborate with the internal videographer and external agency, integrating feedback and revisions.

• Adjust videos to suitable formats and specifications for advertisements and social media platforms.

• Keep up-to-date with editing trends, especially in fitness and sports performance content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing high-impact advertisements, reels, and social media videos.

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional editing, pacing, and visual storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Capability to edit both short-form and longer-form content, including vlogs.

• Highly self-sufficient and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage varying content demands.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace prepared for remote work.

• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally permitted to work there.
