AI Video Producer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire AI video production process, from initial concept and prompting to editing, compositing, and final delivery.

• Generate AI-driven video content utilizing the latest generative AI video technologies.

• Create and enhance prompts to ensure consistent visual styles, characters, and sequences.

• Edit and assemble content using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• Composite and refine video sequences to meet final delivery standards.

• Experiment continuously to test, refine, and enhance AI workflows.

• Work autonomously on both creative execution and technical production choices.

• Ensure consistency in character and style across all sequences.

• Share insights and improvements on workflows with the broader R&D team.

• Incorporate feedback and iterate on creative outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• Mid-level professional background.

• Complete comfort with explicit NSFW content.

• Full comfort with hardcore NSFW content for MPC/Companion Mode tasks.

• Active professional experience with leading AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Happy Horse, or comparable software.

• Strong fluency in AI and hands-on experience with generative AI tools.

• Excellent prompt engineering abilities.

• Portfolio must showcase AI-generated video projects.

• Professional experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software required.

• Capability to independently deliver completed sequences.

• Ability to maintain character and visual consistency throughout sequences.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset geared towards experimentation.

• Fluent in English.

• Open to receiving and implementing feedback.

• ComfyUI experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 is advantageous.

• Background in 3D or VFX is a plus.

• Experience as a colourist is an advantage.

• Model training experience is a bonus.

• Skills in Photoshop and design are beneficial.
