Senior AI Video Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire AI video production process, from concept and prompting to editing, compositing, and final delivery.

• Oversee both the creative and technical implementation of AI-generated video projects.

• Create advanced prompting workflows to ensure high-quality and consistent visual outcomes.

• Utilize existing AI video generation tools while continuously assessing new technologies.

• Make independent technical and creative choices throughout the production journey.

• Edit, composite, and refine AI-generated content to meet final delivery standards.

• Enhance and improve workflows through ongoing experimentation and iteration.

• Tackle complex production challenges independently.

• Ensure strong narrative, character, and visual consistency across sequences.

• Share technical and creative insights with the broader R&D team.

• Assist in the development and optimization of AI-first content production pipelines.

• Work autonomously with minimal guidance from initial concept to final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven strong professional background in AI-driven video production.

• Complete comfort with explicit NSFW content.

• Full comfort with hardcore NSFW content for MPC / Companion Mode projects.

• In-depth hands-on professional experience with current AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Happy Horse, or similar.

• Strong expertise in prompt engineering.

• Comprehensive AI fluency with an active generative AI workflow.

• Portfolio must showcase high-quality AI-driven video work.

• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.

• Ability to independently manage finished production without relying on additional specialists.

• Strong narrative, character, and visual consistency across sequences.

• High degree of autonomy and independent decision-making capability.

• Strong mindset for experimentation and iteration.

• Fluent English proficiency.

• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback.

• ComfyUI experience is a significant advantage.

• Advanced experience with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 is a plus.

• Experience in advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, or inpainting is advantageous.

• A background in 3D or VFX is a plus.

• Colourist experience is an advantage.

• Experience in model training, including LoRAs, embeddings, or fine-tuning is beneficial.

• Photoshop and design skills are a plus.
