This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of video and motion projects from start to finish, encompassing intake, story development, editing, animation, versioning, delivery, and post-launch iterations.
• Produce high-quality video content for brand campaigns, paid media, organic social, web initiatives, events, customer storytelling, and other marketing efforts.
• Design and incorporate motion graphics, typography, animation, and various visual components.
• Convert creative briefs, stakeholder feedback, and performance insights into editorial choices.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Foster collaborative relationships with adjacent teams and serve as a reliable creative partner.
• Assess and enhance AI-assisted video workflows for scripting, footage exploration, versioning, and post-production tasks.
• Over 5 years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing editorial judgment, storytelling ability, pacing, motion design, and visual craftsmanship across various formats and channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Solid understanding of After Effects and contemporary post-production workflows, including file management, versioning, and best practices for delivery.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Proven experience managing intricate creative projects with cross-functional stakeholders and minimal supervision.
• Comprehensive understanding of how to translate brand systems and visual standards into unified video content.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize feedback, weigh trade-offs, and make informed creative decisions.
• Experience in videography, production, or on-set work is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
