Motion Designer, AI Video Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and modify content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

• Edit and produce videos tailored for social media, from initial concept to final output.

• Utilize existing footage and creative materials to craft polished video and static content.

• Generate realistic AI-created characters and individuals for both images and videos.

• Create AI-generated scenes, environments, visuals, and innovative concepts.

• Occasionally design static advertising content for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, or other Organic initiatives.

• Collaborate with the social media team and fellow designers to transform ideas and creative briefs into engaging visual content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or in a comparable creative position.

• Strong understanding of social media formats and short-form content.

• Practical experience with generative AI for producing images and videos.

• Expertise in creating realistic AI-generated individuals and characters, ensuring consistent appearance across various images and videos.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.

• Solid grasp of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Keen eye for detail and visual quality.

• Ability to work efficiently, experiment, iterate, and adapt to new creative tools and processes.

• A portfolio that highlights experience with AI-generated individuals or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static advertisements.

• Capability to work on a freelance basis.
