Motion Designer, AI Video Creative

📋 Description

• Develop and modify content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

• Edit and create social-first videos from initial concept to final output.

• Utilize existing footage and creative materials to produce refined video and static content.

• Generate realistic AI-created individuals and characters for visual media.

• Design AI-generated scenes, environments, visuals, and innovative concepts.

• Occasionally craft static advertising content for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, or other Organic initiatives.

• Collaborate with the social media team and fellow designers to transform ideas and creative briefs into captivating visual content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or a comparable creative position.

• Strong understanding of social media formats and short-form content.

• Practical experience with generative AI for the creation of images and videos.

• Background in creating realistic AI-generated individuals and characters, ensuring consistent appearance across various images and videos.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Keen attention to detail and visual quality.

• Ability to work efficiently, experiment, iterate, and adapt to new creative tools and workflows.

• Portfolio demonstrating experience with AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static advertisements.

• Portfolio can be presented in any format.

• Must be able to provide a resume.

• Must include location details.
