This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the editing process from raw footage to refined, platform-specific content.
• Take charge of cuts, sound design, color correction, captions, and motion graphics.
• Transform creator and UGC footage into various unique advertisements featuring different hooks, narratives, and perspectives.
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks utilizing opening frames, on-screen text, pacing, and sound design.
• Ensure creative diversity across hooks, narratives, formats, pacing, and visual styles for Meta.
• Work in conjunction with creative strategists and performance marketers to leverage campaign performance insights.
• Gather references, propose formats, challenge briefs, and pinpoint emerging trends.
• Experiment with templates, presets, AI tools, and enhance editing workflows.
• Modify edits, text, and pacing for over 10 markets in collaboration with the localization team.
• Report directly to the Senior Creative Strategist.
• 3–5 years of editing experience, whether in-house, at an agency, or freelance.
• A reel demonstrating a range of skills, strong craftsmanship, and an instinct for engaging creative work.
• Solid foundation in editing and motion principles, including pacing, storytelling, sound, typography, transitions, and animation.
• Capability to enhance product UI when necessary.
• Familiarity with Meta's creative delivery, Andromeda, and the significance of creative diversity.
• Performance-driven mindset and the ability to utilize performance data to inform creative choices.
• In-depth understanding of social content tailored for platforms.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Comfortable using various editing, motion design, and AI tools.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects while remaining efficient, organized, and communicative.
• A knack for connecting with Heidi's clinician audience.
• Resourceful, inquisitive, and eager to learn.
• Nice to have: experience in shooting content and conducting low-fi shoots for Meta.
• Nice to have: experience with larger productions, PPMs, treatments, and post-production processes.
• Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, finance, or other accuracy-sensitive fields.
