This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly engage with presidents, provosts, CMOs, and enrollment leaders to recognize strategic communication requirements and establish EducationDynamics as a vital partner.
• Utilize crisis communication expertise during client discussions, providing frameworks and insights drawn from firsthand experience within institutions.
• Advise higher education clients on earned media strategies, reputation management, and AI visibility utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.
• Employ AI to enhance research, messaging, and the analysis of intricate client challenges.
• Develop a network of institutional partnerships through a solutions-driven approach.
• Convert reputational risks, enrollment downturns, brand ambiguities, and leadership changes into actionable work scopes.
• Collaborate with teams in marketing, enrollment management, research, and consulting to design integrated solutions for clients.
• Represent EducationDynamics at conferences, executive roundtables, and advisory meetings with senior institutional leadership.
• Maintain a prominent and credible presence in the higher education communications sector to attract inbound interest and referrals.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education communications.
• Proven track record in crisis communications, executive advisory roles, or managing institutional reputation.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with or advising C-suite leaders in higher education.
• Comprehensive understanding of the evolution of enrollment marketing and student communications, especially in the career-oriented sector.
• Established professional reputation in the higher education sector with direct access to institutional decision makers.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based sales, preferably related to communications, marketing, or enrollment services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to present effectively to individuals, executive teams, and conference audiences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Ability to work independently and manage a complex, relationship-driven portfolio of business.
