This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Oversee and fulfill Division financial objectives through the enhancement of revenue and the retention of current accounts.
• Increase gross margins among existing clients and through new account expansions.
• Attract, nurture, and retain talented sales professionals.
• Establish, manage, and assess sales outcomes and market possibilities for new sales and customer retention.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and expand the range of programs and services offered.
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets while adhering to cost, expense, revenue, and profit goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for prospects, including revenue potential and likelihood of closing deals.
• Collaborate with divisional managers, corporate leadership, clients, and sales teams.
• Engage in customer calls for high-value accounts.
• Conduct regular meetings with the top 10 customers in the Division.
• Accompany Account Executives on visits to the top 20 clients approximately 4 out of 5 days on the road.
• Work together with operational counterparts to enhance processes, boost sales, improve efficiency, and lower costs.
• Recruit, train, develop, and adequately staff team members.
• Lead and inspire proficient teams.
• Ensure the timely completion of Division-wide and corporate performance management initiatives.
• Maintain communication with other departments to guarantee timely and precise recording of accounting events.
• Carry out additional duties necessary for the effective operation of the department and the company.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales management or an equivalent role.
• 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales, and services sector is required.
• Proven track record in sales management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Proven history of achieving sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product and service offerings.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and communicate financial data.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, hospital operations, alternate care providers, and medical equipment manufacturers.
• Awareness of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement systems, legislation, GPOs, IDN affiliations, and regional market presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to navigate change and uncertainty.
• Skilled in identifying areas for skill development and learning new processes and technologies.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks according to business requirements.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate customer needs.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
