This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary accountable owner for each Lightning Strike from its inception to market launch.
• Manage the company’s commercialization and launch playbook, which includes the RACI and launch tiering model.
• Develop offers, identify target customers, set pricing, determine scope, and sequence using AI-assisted market and pricing analysis.
• Create and oversee the launch calendar for active Lightning Strikes.
• Recruit, lead, and nurture a small, high-performing team.
• Bring together marketing, product, sales, and delivery stakeholders and ensure they adhere to the shared plan.
• Utilize AI-powered co-worker agents for program tracking, status updates, and readiness checklists.
• Collaborate with marketing on launch materials, including one-pagers, pricing sheets, demonstrations, and proof points.
• Work with sales leadership to enhance enablement efforts.
• Verify implementation and support readiness prior to launching.
• Establish success metrics and conduct post-launch evaluations.
• Develop the business rationale for commercialization staffing and associated costs.
• Represent the function during Annual Operating Plan discussions with Finance and executive leadership.
• Adapt the operating model as the discipline evolves, leveraging AI as a key component.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercialization, go-to-market strategy, or product marketing, with a proven track record of guiding new offers from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated capability to establish and lead a small, cross-functional team without having direct authority over every involved function.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools as an integral part of launch management — including market and pricing synthesis, program tracking, and creating launch content.
• Strong instincts for pricing and packaging, with a background in defining offer scope, tiering, and unit economics.
• Experience in constructing and managing a launch playbook with clear ownership (RACI) and tiering, along with the discernment to delay a launch that is not fully prepared.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior finance and strategy stakeholders while justifying headcount and investment requests.
• Proven program management discipline, with the ability to create and maintain a launch calendar across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Experience in B2B fintech or SaaS commercialization.
• Background in collaborating with strategy or corporate development functions on new business lines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven program management or market analysis tools.
• Experience in establishing a function from the ground up, including securing budget through the annual operating plan process.
