This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and lead the sales strategy, execution, and success for the Nonprofit team.
• Uphold industry and company best practices in sales execution, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
• Supervise pipeline generation goals, bookings targets, and the quality of bookings to support revenue growth and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Incorporate innovative sales strategies that reflect the impact of AI on the market and project work.
• Engage with executive-level leaders at national and regional nonprofits to expand the customer base and secure new logo business.
• Develop business and territory plans to achieve annual goals and quotas alongside the BDR team.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach and industry networking.
• Manage the customer relationship lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and project completion support.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to uncover nonprofits’ programmatic goals, fundraising challenges, and constituent engagement objectives.
• Establish long-term partnerships through consultative sales that align with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with Salesforce RVPs and AVPs to drive opportunities and enhance ecosystem presence.
• Oversee deal structuring, pricing, estimating, and contract negotiations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through strategic guidance and coaching.
• Encourage collaboration between sales, delivery, and business-unit leadership.
• Take responsibility for forecasting and pipeline management to enhance business visibility and predictability.
• Efficiently manage sales cycles while balancing speed and thoroughness.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer success and seamless project execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Travel as necessary to support sales cycles and secure business.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem or related SaaS consulting domain.
• Proficient in multi-cloud Salesforce configurations specifically within the Nonprofit industry.
• Proven success in growing and managing an industry-specific portfolio with over $25M in annual bookings.
• Strong leadership experience, particularly in managing and scaling quota-carrying sales teams.
• Experience leading complex sales cycles involving stakeholder alignment, contract negotiation, and execution.
• Ability to influence C-level executives, guiding them through strategic decision-making and solution alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving data-driven sales decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to support sales cycles and client engagements is required.
• Must possess full-time permanent US work authorization.
• Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, ideally with an implementation partner.
