This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the operational framework powering Twin Health's virtual practice.
• Ensure that clinical supply consistently meets member demand, maintaining a utilization rate of 90–110%.
• Develop and manage supply–demand models, forecast demand, and adjust staffing and scheduling accordingly.
• Oversee care-team supply and operational delivery to support enrollment, which includes onboarding visits, sensor assistance, and human intervention for automated processes.
• Ensure that onboarding visits are adequately staffed, completed, backfilled, and recovered if missed or failed.
• Guarantee that on-demand sensor support is staffed and readily available.
• Ensure that human support is provided for any failed or incomplete automated enrollment processes.
• Maintain active multi-state clinical licensure and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.
• Structure clinical supply based on contractual obligations, population-based needs, client growth, and innovation demand drivers.
• Collaborate with HR on absenteeism, workforce reliability, and coverage needs.
• Manage scheduling templates, visit types, practice reporting, operational dashboards, licensing, and credentialing support.
• Keep the daily virtual-visit loss rate below 20%.
• Take ownership of operational finance, budget planning, cost of goods sold (COGS), headcount approval, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Care Team Operations, HR, Finance, Product/Analytics, and manage teams responsible for practice operations and capacity readiness for new partner launches.
• Translate monthly demand forecasts into monthly headcount forecasts and monitor hiring plans.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with substantial experience leading virtual/telehealth or multi-site clinical operations at scale.
• Extensive expertise in workforce management and capacity planning, including supply–demand modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and staffing ratios.
• Proven experience in forecasting demand and ensuring care-team capacity for onboarding or enrollment functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage an operational budget/COGS and headcount planning, with a strong understanding of unit economics.
• Experience in establishing and governing practice infrastructure, including scheduling systems, appointment design, and operational reporting or dashboards.
• Strong data fluency and capability to collaborate effectively with analytics teams.
• Experience partnering with leaders in growth or enrollment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across clinical, HR, finance, and product/technology sectors.
• Experience in scaling operations for growth and establishing capacity for innovation and new programs.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing multi-layer operational teams.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Ability to build independently with Claude is an advantage.
• Experience in value-based care, chronic or metabolic care, or digital health is preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical workforce tools and telehealth delivery platforms is preferred.
