This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate the vision and oversee the execution of Milo’s Tea Company’s Sales division.
• Lead a high-performing Sales team while mentoring sales leaders and associates.
• Enhance market share and drive revenue growth across all available channels.
• Establish trust with current and prospective customers through exceptional service, accurate forecasts, and clear communication.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy and implementation for new products, pack sizes, and brands.
• Leverage data to improve sales effectiveness and track, achieve, and report on departmental and organizational metrics.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales leaders, and Finance on financial reporting, forecasting, performance metrics, accountability, and budgeting.
• Engage in strategic planning and promote the adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Enhance corporate efficiency and effectiveness in conjunction with the Business Development team and other departments.
• Foster trust and accountability through transparent communication and authentic leadership.
• Oversee the Sales department’s involvement in Corporate Responsibility programs, including environmental, social, and MMAD initiatives.
• Exemplify leadership in recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
• Fulfill responsibilities related to food safety.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or advanced executive degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, demonstrating functional leadership in a CPG, food, or beverage setting; or 13 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Proven executive leadership experience is essential.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams across various channels and customer tiers.
• Strong knowledge of the retail grocery and beverage sectors.
