This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement regional strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue, profitability, market share, and new business goals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of strategic prospects, opportunities for account expansion, and competitive conversions.
• Steer the pursuit, negotiation, and finalization of significant regional opportunities.
• Identify market prospects, strategic alliances, and revenue streams.
• Provide insights on market conditions and competitive intelligence.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers, prospects, and strategic partners.
• Promote account retention, expansion, and profitability.
• Act as the senior commercial leader for major opportunities, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure effective execution and positive customer outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales representatives and business partners.
• Set performance expectations and accountability for regional growth targets.
• Conduct reviews of performance, pipeline, forecasts, and territories.
• Ensure the consistent application of approved sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline records, territory plans, and revenue reports.
• Utilize CRM data and performance metrics for planning and decision-making.
• Oversee regional resources and investments.
• Implement improvements in processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and approved business practices.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in sales leadership, business development, or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of profitable growth, market expansion, new business acquisition, and strategic account development.
• Experience in leading geographically dispersed sales teams, independent representatives, or multi-channel sales networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, forecasting, and business analytics.
