This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.
• Oversee the designated Division and District Offices
• Formulate and implement strategies that empower facilities, personnel, and processes to provide exceptional services to customers across the nation
• Foster ongoing improvement and efficiency throughout the division
• Collaborate with sales, operational excellence, and technology teams to prepare for growth in volume and new service offerings
• Encourage positive customer interactions and ensure a robust service experience
• Maintain dialog with sales to comprehend and meet customer expectations
• Partner with the Vice President for Operational Excellence to enhance operational improvements and efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day district operations concerning personnel and service delivery
• Set performance metrics and measures to monitor progress and proactively identify issues
• Create budgets and prepare as well as execute strategic plans
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in a management role, directing Operations and process improvement within an organization
• Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Device industry is essential
• Strong financial expertise, including previous responsibilities for profit and loss
• Capability to lead and instigate change among leadership, peers, and direct reports
• Proven history as an operational leader
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Develops and implements successful multi-year growth strategies
• Highly skilled in budget establishment and strategic plan preparation/execution
• Exhibits excellent internal and external communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Demonstrates a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis with a metrics-driven management style
• Exhibits exceptional planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage large, complex initiatives across extensive networks and ensure their completion
• Proactively addresses problems and has a history of employing continuous improvement/Six Sigma methodologies
• Functions effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment with a heightened sense of urgency
• Must reside within the territory: Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland
