This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of and implement the regional marketing strategy in alignment with global downstream marketing initiatives and regional business objectives.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for Regional Business Leaders, Sales leadership, and essential cross-functional collaborators.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives lead to measurable growth, return on investment (ROI), and increased market share in prioritized segments.
• Spearhead the regional execution of global campaigns, new product introductions (NPIs), and demand-generation strategies, tailoring messaging and tactics to meet local market requirements.
• Facilitate sales enablement by converting global value propositions into tools, content, and programs that are relevant to the region.
• Guarantee exceptional launches for NPIs through coordinated planning, training, and activation throughout the region.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, including allocation, monitoring, and adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Finance and Global Marketing teams to enhance visibility, governance, and ROI reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of regional marketers.
• Establish performance expectations, provide coaching, and encourage skill development.
• Advocate for the continuous improvement of downstream marketing skills, capabilities, processes, and tools.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic and financial discipline.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND at least 10 years of marketing-related experience; OR a high school diploma/GED AND a minimum of 20 years of marketing-related experience.
• At least 5 years of senior marketing leadership experience in regional and multi-country positions.
• Strong expertise in downstream marketing, go-to-market execution, and global sales enablement.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, prioritizing investments, and demonstrating ROI, both long-term and within the fiscal year.
• Experience working in matrixed global/regional organizations with shared critical resources.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to translate strategy into clear, outcome-focused plans.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence at the enterprise level and align teams to drive action across various functions and levels.
• Investment mindset with disciplined resource allocation to optimize ROI.
• Execution-focused approach that promotes pace, accountability, and results.
• Capacity to bring clarity and direction in complex situations.
