Vice President – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies and manage all marketing functions for Mosai.

• Create and implement programs designed to generate demand for the organization's products and services, leading to increased leads and sales pipeline.

• Formulate competitive positioning, branding, and corporate messaging strategies.

• Identify new or underrepresented markets and create targeted advertising channels, campaigns, events, and promotions.

• Approve all marketing materials and collateral.

• Establish campaign performance benchmarks and monitor progress against set expectations.

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.

• Analyze industry and competitive trends to target specific new or underserved markets.

• Supervise the production of print, online, and other advertising materials.

• Coordinate special events or promotional activities.

• Set performance metrics for campaigns and adjust strategies based on ROI analysis.

• Oversee the marketing budget and manage expenditures.

• Lead and manage the marketing team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and termination processes.

• Develop departmental policies, practices, and procedures that contribute to long-term organizational success.

• Execute additional related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience, including prior management roles.

• Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork with outstanding leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional creative analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Applicants must either currently reside in or be willing to work from one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.
