This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a comprehensive portfolio pricing strategy, subscription tiers, and packaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product General Managers to convert product roadmaps and new product launches into SaaS and product-led growth packaging models.
• Standardize tier structures, modular bundling strategies, and pricing for AI/GenAI add-ons.
• Develop discounting frameworks, value-based sales playbooks, and contract-term guidance in partnership with Sales leadership and Sales Operations.
• Work alongside Corporate Finance to differentiate value-based pricing design from financial compliance.
• Serve as a co-chair for the internal Pricing Committee.
• Supervise both quantitative and qualitative pricing research, including price-elasticity modeling, competitive intelligence, and customer sensitivity analyses.
• Co-manage corporate pricing governance and ensure alignment of commercial models with margin targets, revenue recognition compliance, billing capabilities, and financial planning.
• Set and track KPIs for pricing effectiveness, discount rates, bundle performance, and contract adherence.
• Continuously refine, enhance, and advocate for packaging and pricing strategies using performance metrics.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop teams of monetization managers and pricing analysts.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven pricing proposals to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that support the overall objectives of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in monetization strategy, strategic pricing, product strategy, corporate strategy, or business operations within B2B enterprise software or SaaS settings.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading a strategic pricing or monetization function.
• Experience in designing and scaling multi-product SaaS packaging and tiered subscription models.
• Proven expertise in establishing sales discounting governance, value-based pricing methodologies, and commercialization strategies for new product launches.
• Familiarity with contemporary monetization models for AI, Generative AI, and API/platform integrations.
• Understanding of modern B2B SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR, Gross Margin).
• Knowledge of advanced pricing research frameworks, price elasticity modeling, and market-segmentation techniques.
• Insight into enterprise sales structures, deal-desk operations, contracting guidelines, and discount-governance practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial and quantitative models into compelling narratives.
• Proficient in advanced statistical reasoning, quantitative financial modeling, and structured strategic planning.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing highly analytical teams of pricing professionals.
• Capability to translate product value propositions into structured, defensible pricing and packaging frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executives from Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
• Proficient in jointly governing a corporate Pricing Committee while balancing competitive positioning with financial discipline and revenue compliance.
• Skilled at managing high-impact initiatives under tight deadlines and within complex organizational structures.
