This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Take charge of daily pricing support for individual deals, which includes researching previous deal history and terms to guide quoting.
β’ Manage quote strategy and requests while liaising with sales, deal desk, and leadership stakeholders.
β’ Assist in structuring and defending non-standard deal terms, as well as reviewing strategic or significant deals.
β’ Examine supply and demand across therapeutic areas and launch stages to establish and modify pricing.
β’ Develop, manage, and maintain inventory-based dynamic pricing models.
β’ Act as a subject-matter expert and administrator for the DealHub CPQ platform.
β’ Convert new business-model logic into DealHub configurations and implement changes as models evolve.
β’ Train sales personnel on DealHub, address platform issues, and promote system adoption and enhancements.
β’ Conduct cross-product pricing analyses and optimization initiatives.
β’ Create, maintain, and improve pricing KPI dashboards.
β’ Analyze pricing performance across Ascend, Pulse, and Spark, presenting strategic insights.
β’ Ensure HubSpot/CRM data cleanliness and accuracy for pricing fields and deal data.
β’ Assist with finance reporting and fulfill ad hoc operational requests.
β’ Help enforce pricing compliance in proposals, SOWs, and contracts.
β’ Support approval workflows, discount rules, and deal reviews.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in pricing, monetization, or similar roles, preferably in enterprise deal pricing and quoting in a deal desk or sales-facing capacity; or strong analytical experience with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with sales teams, even without direct pricing experience.
β’ Direct hands-on experience with a CPQ or pricing platform managing a multi-million dollar business portfolio, which includes configuring pricing logic, training end users, and promoting adoption.
β’ Strong quantitative background with experience in building supply-and-demand or inventory-based dynamic pricing models.
β’ Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
β’ Experience in maintaining CRM data hygiene.
β’ Proven track record of operating independently as the final authority for pricing systems and data.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to train sales teams directly and convey technical pricing logic to non-technical, cross-functional stakeholders.
