This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee daily pricing operations, pricing strategies, and cost volume delivery for enterprise task orders, modifications, recompetes, and strategic new business ventures.
β’ Create comprehensive pricing packages that include intricate Excel cost models, cost narratives, and government-compliant pricing deliverables.
β’ Design, tailor, and implement Excel-based pricing models specifically aligned with RFP evaluation criteria and contract types.
β’ Utilize established pricing tools, templates, data sources, pricing repositories, and review standards.
β’ Execute pricing governance, review processes, and approval standards.
β’ Ensure adherence to FAR, CAS, DCAA/DCMA audit requirements, and company policies.
β’ Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Operations, Contracts, Procurement, and Finance on pricing strategies and cost models.
β’ Work with functional departments to gather data necessary for compliant and competitive cost proposals.
β’ Engage in capture strategy development, color team reviews, executive reviews, and discussions with senior management.
β’ Formulate pricing strategies utilizing parametric cost modeling, competitor intelligence, customer insights, historical pricing data, and operational input.
β’ Conduct analyses of labor rates, competitor pricing, cost realism, and subcontractor pricing assessments.
β’ Evaluate competitor rates, teammate pricing, indirect rates, labor categories, and bid assumptions.
β’ Prepare pricing narratives and Basis of Estimate documentation.
β’ Identify margin sensitivities, currency/tax exposures, escalation variables, and delivery assumptions.
β’ Supervise, mentor, and develop mid-level and junior pricing analysts.
β’ Facilitate management reviews, presenting margin rollups, pricing scenarios, risk analyses, and cash flow impacts.
β’ Coordinate with Operations regarding staffing, level of effort, subcontracting, travel, materials, indirect rates, and margin assumptions.
β’ Review BOE documentation, inputs from subcontractors and teammates, cost volumes, pricing narratives, and compliance matrices.
β’ Advise senior leadership on pricing risk, margin effects, contract type considerations, and investment decisions.
β’ Conduct cross-reviews of team pricing proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
β’ Maintain secure custody and storage of sensitive pricing and competitive intelligence documentation.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned by pricing or functional leadership.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of experience in federal proposal pricing.
β’ At least 2 years of direct supervisory or team lead experience mentoring pricing analysts.
β’ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to build and maintain dynamic cost models in line with FAR, CAS, DCAA/DCMA audit standards and internal company policies.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
β’ Experience leading pricing efforts for large, complex federal cost proposals, task orders, IDIQ vehicles, recompetes, and contract modifications.
β’ Background in supporting pricing strategy for large-scale IDIQs, GWACs, MACs, task order competitions, recompetes, and strategic pursuits.
β’ Strong familiarity with FAR, CAS, DCAA, DCMA, GAO, and related government contracting compliance requirements.
β’ In-depth understanding of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements.
β’ Proven experience with FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, cost-reimbursable, and IDIQ contract types.
β’ Solid understanding of indirect rate structures, cost centers, labor category mapping, cost realism, subcontractor pricing, and cost proposal compliance.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ High levels of business judgment, integrity, discretion, and capability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
β’ Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Must possess proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
β’ Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screening.
