📋 Description

• Supervise the product development function

• Develop the product vision and strategy

• Identify future product requirements and enhancements

• Lead the creation of profitable, highly engaging, and user-friendly products across all business units

• Establish and manage the model for product development strategy

• Create and oversee the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, market trends, competitive landscape, and client and consumer needs

• Propel digital and data/analytics product innovation

• Collaborate with strategic business unit leadership and portfolio management to plan and manage complex priorities and resources

• Build an efficient and effective product organization, encompassing product management, consumer engagement, strategic partnerships, and innovation

• Enhance efficiency within RFP and client implementation processes

• Analyze the market landscape, assess product usage, and review business cases and key metrics to ensure ROI

• Monitor and evaluate product competitiveness and support new business endeavors

• Manage, assess, and monitor strategic partnerships

• Carry out additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required

• More than 10 years of progressive experience in product development, ownership and management, business strategy, technology delivery, operations, or a related area

• Over 5 years of experience leading cross-functional product initiatives

• Proven experience in managing complex roadmaps

• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders within a matrixed environment

• Adherence to all policies and standards
