This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of positioning, messaging, and product marketing strategies for the entire Clinical Solutions portfolio, covering both current and upcoming products.
• Develop market intelligence regarding the clinical solutions landscape, emerging care delivery models, and competitive positioning.
• Articulate value propositions aimed at institutional buyers and clinical end users.
• Lead a team of product marketers focused on essential product lines.
• Implement launch processes and standards for field enablement.
• Collaborate with Clinical Solutions leadership for input on the roadmap, launch readiness, and commercial strategy.
• Define and report on marketing-influenced metrics such as adoption, renewal, expansion, and clinical engagement.
• Craft a narrative for Elsevier Clinical Solutions tailored for health system executives, clinical educators, and frontline care teams.
• Work alongside marketing teams to create and deploy data-driven, customer-insight-led marketing programs.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of Elsevier Health.
• Participate in both the Marketing Leadership team and the Clinical Solutions Leadership team.
• Over 12 years of product marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position managing direct reports.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise B2B buying cycles within healthcare, health IT, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success in launching products, displacing competitors, and crafting compelling narratives utilized by sales teams.
• Exceptional storytelling skills in writing.
• Experience in creating sales and customer success enablement toolkits, including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive battle cards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Proficient understanding of clinical decision support, EHR ecosystems, or point-of-care tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in building and scaling a product marketing function.
• Previous experience at a clinical decision support organization.
• Knowledge of how AI is transforming clinical workflows and the current content landscape.
