This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the positioning and messaging for Acumatica's QuickBooks Graduates program.
• Craft unique narratives that illustrate the reasons and timing for small businesses to transition beyond QuickBooks.
• Develop messaging tailored to specific industries and micro-verticals including construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
• Produce thought leadership materials and market-informed positioning strategies.
• Assist in executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns.
• Review and enhance customer stories and videos in collaboration with the customer advocacy team.
• Work alongside product, sales, and industry/vertical teams to discuss roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities.
• Leverage performance data and analytics to assess campaigns and improve content strategies.
• Write video scripts, conduct light video edits, and create comparison/product overview videos and interactive demos.
• Oversee website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and other program materials.
• Assist in release planning and ensure alignment among internal and external teams.
• Provide support for trade shows, industry events, partner and customer gatherings, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product marketing is required.
• In-depth understanding of small business accounting software, specifically QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Familiarity with ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is advantageous.
• Educational qualifications in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional writing skills are a must.
• Ability to convey complex features in a clear manner and translate technical ERP functionalities into easily understandable benefits.
• Possess an analytical mindset with a creative approach to messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with marketing technologies is preferred, including WordPress, Jasper or similar AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia.
• Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a significant advantage.
• A team-oriented, collaborative, positive, and adaptable approach is essential.
