Agentforce GTM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee a territory strategy that aligns with industry sectors and business objectives.

• Provide accurate forecasts, develop a sales pipeline, and advance opportunities.

• Identify additional service opportunities with current clients.

• Collaborate with License Sales and Core Salesforce Professional Services teams to inform them about service offerings.

• Utilize a consultative selling approach to engage customers and foster long-lasting trusted advisor relationships.

• Leverage industry knowledge and business insights to comprehend customer motivations, business drivers, strategic aims, and desired results.

• Coordinate with delivery teams to define, scope, schedule, and resource service engagements.

• Develop and articulate a compelling vision for transformative solutions that deliver customer success and business value.

• Adhere to internal methodologies and standardized practices while continuously enhancing them based on experiences.

• Achieve personal Services Key Success Objectives (KSOs), including utilization and influenced Services bookings.

• Travel to various North American locations as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.

• 8 years of experience.

• Experience utilizing Data & AI tools to address real-world business challenges.

• Proven experience with Agentforce is preferred.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Core Salesforce products.

• Clear perspective on how data & AI enhance Core Salesforce Solutions.

• Relevant experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM) role, such as Account Partner, Client Partner, or Engagement Manager.

• A credible background in a consultative role.

• Solid understanding of consumption sales, technology, and software services within the sales process.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend and reach business objectives using data.

• Proven record of growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects (over $M+).

• Demonstrated ability to lead client interactions and communications effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.

• Experience with Data 360 is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to creatively solve problems and learn swiftly.

• Proficient understanding and command of the English language, including writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to assist wherever necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Possess a beginner's mindset.
