This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop positioning and messaging strategies across various products, bundles, target audiences, and lifecycle stages.
• Take ownership of the Product Marketing commercialization strategy and actively contribute to the company's integrated go-to-market plan.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies by conducting customer research, gathering value insights, making packaging recommendations, and crafting ROI narratives.
• Manage Voice of Customer initiatives and market intelligence efforts, including customer discovery, win/loss analysis, buyer sentiment, competitive dynamics, adoption metrics, and field feedback.
• Create a systematic competitive intelligence program for customer-facing teams and leadership.
• Oversee the launch strategy and ensure go-to-market readiness for new products, major releases, and portfolio adjustments.
• Define target launch audiences, value propositions, messaging, offers, enablement requirements, adoption strategies, and success metrics.
• Establish a consistent launch framework and coordinate execution across Product, Growth Marketing, Brand and Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Analyze adoption rates and commercial performance post-launch to enhance future execution.
• Develop an enablement system that includes messaging, demos, tools, competitive intelligence, and launch support.
• Lead product and sales training, focusing on value articulation, discovery assistance, use cases, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
• Set expectations for seller proficiency and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Drive the marketing strategy for customer adoption, upselling, cross-selling, and advocacy efforts.
• Identify expansion segments, use cases, triggers, offers, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Create customer education initiatives, communication strategies, references, and advocacy programs.
• Establish the Product Marketing function and plan for the sequential hiring of a Product Marketing Manager and Customer Marketing Manager.
• Set priorities and standards for research, messaging, launches, enablement, and expansion initiatives.
• Integrate practical AI workflows into research, competitive intelligence, analysis, message development, and enablement processes.
• Clearly communicate recommendations and hold cross-functional teams accountable for launch and commercialization commitments.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, with substantial hands-on responsibility for positioning, launches, enablement, customer insights, and commercialization.
• Proven ability to build or significantly enhance Product Marketing in a high-growth context.
• A successful track record in establishing a repeatable launch and release discipline across multiple products or a rapidly evolving platform.
• Demonstrated measurable impact on launch adoption, seller effectiveness, win rates, sales velocity, expansion, or revenue growth.
• Exceptional skill in simplifying complex products and technical features into clear, differentiated customer value propositions.
• Significant experience in pricing and packaging, including conducting research, articulating value, formulating ROI narratives, and making commercial recommendations.
• Experience in positioning multiple products within a cohesive portfolio or platform narrative.
• Demonstrated responsibility for customer discovery, competitive research, win/loss analysis, and market validation.
• Background in designing and delivering product or sales training, with evidence of improved seller readiness or effectiveness post-training.
• Experience in developing upsell or cross-sell strategies through customer segmentation, usage insights, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive levels in ambiguous situations.
• Capability to hire and develop talent, establish operational discipline, and personally execute high-impact tasks.
• Practical experience with AI applications in research, competitive intelligence, analysis, messaging, enablement, and execution, with demonstrable repeatable workflows.
• Preferred: Background in roofing, home services, construction technology, or field sales.
• Preferred: Experience integrating acquired products into a unified portfolio narrative.
• Preferred: Experience in commercializing products through both sales-led and product-led growth strategies.
• Preferred: Experience in founder-led, private-equity-backed, or environments undergoing significant transformation.
