This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of Seismic’s product and platform for the integrated Seismic and Highspot portfolio.
• Convert AI agents, content and knowledge management, enablement, engagement, learning, coaching, analytics, and workflows into a cohesive platform narrative.
• Clearly express the issues Seismic addresses, its unique selling propositions, and anticipated business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product to align strategy and roadmap with customer requirements, competitive landscape, and market possibilities.
• Direct product architecture, naming, packaging, and pricing initiatives.
• Establish and manage a global product marketing team that encompasses platform, products, AI, solutions, competitive intelligence, and various industries.
• Take ownership of go-to-market strategies and execution for significant product launches and updates.
• Provide the sales team with messaging, sales strategies, proof points, demonstrations, and competitive analysis.
• Develop competitive intelligence regarding rivals, adjacent platforms, emerging AI firms, and build-versus-buy strategies.
• Incorporate market and customer insights into Product to shape priorities and investment choices.
• Collaborate with Marketing to transform product innovations into lasting market success.
• Acquire knowledge in regulated market processes, buyer behaviors, regulatory frameworks, data necessities, governance structures, and risk factors.
• Convert permissions, governance, auditability, security, compliant personalization, and responsible AI into tangible customer benefits.
• Partner with Product and industry leaders on the requirements and investments needed for regulated environments.
• Create unique industry narratives without fragmenting Seismic into vertical-specific products.
• Over 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise technology, including substantial leadership in product marketing.
• Proven track record in leading product marketing for a large enterprise software, SaaS, AI, CRM, revenue technology, content, workflow, or related platform organization.
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-product technologies into a clear, differentiated platform narrative.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise AI, including agents, generative AI, data, context, governance, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integrating or repositioning products following an acquisition, merger, or major portfolio growth is advantageous.
• Capability to interact credibly with Product and Engineering while crafting narratives for CEOs, CROs, CMOs, CIOs, and frontline GTM leaders.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing global product marketing teams.
• Significant experience in financial services and/or healthcare and life sciences is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of governance, approvals, permissions, auditability, security, data lineage, compliance, and risk management in regulated industries.
• Confidence in discussing AI agents, product architecture, revenue impacts, governance, and risk considerations.
• Ability to thrive in a global product marketing leadership role.
