This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the process, scheduling, and coordination of customer-facing release materials, including release notes, demo videos, demo scripts, and training/help content.
• Monitor product team shipments and plan backwards from shipping dates to ensure timely delivery of collateral.
• Manage and facilitate Loopio's go-to-market enablement schedule.
• Inform support, sales, and customer success teams on releases, updates, positioning, and demos.
• Establish and uphold quality benchmarks for release materials.
• Design and evaluate customer awareness and adoption metrics post-releases.
• Collaborate with mission team leaders and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
• Develop and sustain internal agents and light automation for release processes.
• Contribute to the positioning and messaging for various Loopio product areas.
• Create and manage sales enablement resources, such as battlecards, competitive FAQs, and objection-handling content.
• Collaborate with customer marketing on proof points, case studies, and reference materials.
• Assist in buyer and customer research through interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis.
• Aid in launch planning and execution for significant initiatives in the go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to webinars, blog articles, sales presentations, and other campaign-related content.
• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and integrate insights into marketing materials.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related go-to-market position, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent writing skills and strong editorial judgment.
• Ability to transform technical feature details into clear, customer-friendly narratives.
• Experience in coordinating writers, marketers, and creators of video/demo content.
• Familiarity with positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
• Proficient in using tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or similar AI platforms to create workflows, automations, or agents.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Sound judgment in recognizing process gaps versus isolated exceptions.
• Capability to work across multiple teams without formal authority.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Must reside within 300 km of Toronto or Vancouver, or be willing to relocate to one of these hubs.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones in the UK, India, and North America.
