This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the executive product leader responsible for driving commercial growth, portfolio strategy, market expansion, and scaling of G-P’s flagship EOR business.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
• Lead a multi-faceted product organization, collaborating with senior functional leaders in Core EOR Product and Integrations & Partner Development.
• Convert corporate strategy into a growth and portfolio thesis for EOR, focusing on core EOR, enterprise capabilities, AI, integrations, partnerships, and innovative distribution models.
• Gather insights on customers, buyers, competitors, and the market to inform product strategies aimed at acquisition, expansion, retention, and adoption.
• Set product outcomes related to revenue growth, customer expansion, retention, adoption, activation, time-to-value, and gross margin.
• Formulate the executive strategy for AI and agentic capabilities across the entire platform portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leaders in Revenue, Partnerships, Global Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Scale and empower a multi-tiered product organization overseeing Senior Directors and Directors.
• Enhance unit economics and gross margins through automation, self-service options, operational efficiency, and high-margin growth strategies.
• Serve as a senior product executive engaging with enterprise customers, prospects, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Over 15 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll platforms.
• Several years in executive leadership roles at the VP level, managing multi-pillar product organizations.
• Proven track record in identifying and executing product-led growth opportunities that drive revenue, expansion, and retention.
• Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics, margin expansion levers, partner monetization frameworks, and the impact of product portfolios on financial performance.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling senior product leaders across various functional product domains.
• Ability to convert insights from customers, buyers, and competition into effective product strategies that enhance market share, adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Strategic vision for utilizing AI, agentic systems, and automation to transform enterprises, expand margins, and leverage platforms.
• Exceptional executive presence with a history of fostering strategic consensus across Sales, Revenue, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Engineering.
• High-level strategic understanding of complex, highly regulated multi-jurisdictional SaaS platforms, global HR tech, or compliance-focused enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; an MBA or equivalent executive experience is highly preferred.
