Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the long-term vision and roadmap for foundational tools, libraries, and applications.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Security teams.

• Engage with customers to gain insights into market demands and outcomes for new products.

• Convert intricate workflows and software requirements into PRDs and user stories.

• Harmonize cross-functional technical decisions and document data-driven tradeoffs.

• Offer data-informed insights into sales, financial performance, year-over-year trends, and pipeline status.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to end-of-life.

• Organize market research and requirements gathering, customer validation, engineering, marketing preparation, release, and end-of-life processes.

• Work alongside security and engineering teams to incorporate cryptographic infrastructure such as PKI and HSMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of progressively advancing product management experience.

• Proven history of delivering complex, enterprise-class hardware and manufacturing solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in technical product management, including the development of large-scale internal tools.

• Capability to constructively challenge highly technical engineering partners.

• Strong business and technical insight.

• Ability to discuss architectural tradeoffs and prioritize competing interests across geographically dispersed teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred: knowledge of cryptographic systems, PKI, or Key Management Systems utilizing HSMs.

• Preferred: outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical workflows.
