This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategy for GHX’s Supply Resiliency Platform.
• Manage GHX Orchestration from initial pilot and prototype stages to general availability (GA) commercialization in the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash domains.
• Design, govern, and enhance the pilot selection engine along with the weighted scorecard.
• Oversee pilot cohort selection and stage-gate decisions, including go/kill/reallocate calls.
• Collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineering on on-site pilot engagements, defining entry criteria, success metrics, and deployment playbook.
• Establish product success criteria and track progress on issue resolution, GA certification, referenceable logos, and ROI targets.
• Lead product contributions to go-to-market execution, coordinating pricing, packaging, pilot delivery, and marketing initiatives.
• Define and refine commercial models, pricing, packaging, contracting, and pilot-to-GA conversion terms.
• Convert persona- and value-based requirements into a technical roadmap alongside Engineering.
• Clarify product boundaries and manage customer-facing positioning, flow documentation, and sales-enablement resources.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to strengthen GHX’s orchestration category positioning.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with pilot customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead by influence across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
• Develop and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Communicate updates, risks, and decisions to the executive/steering committee.
• Identify and prioritize future use-case opportunities.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience leading Product Management initiatives in the healthcare sector is essential.
• Demonstrated capability in designing or executing structured pilot programs, forward-deployed engineering models, or similar early-access/co-development customer AI engagements.
• Experience in developing or implementing usage-based, outcome-based, or hybrid commercial pricing models for enterprise software.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• Proven software development experience overseeing product planning milestones from the business concept to launch.
• Proficient in developing strategies and execution plans for new business or platform offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Strong strategic planning skills, including experience in building and defending a go-to-market roadmap with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 25%–50%, including on-site visits to pilot customers.
• Experience managing healthcare supply chain products and services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with launching or commercializing agentic AI or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience in creating pricing models that include a metered or outcome-based component alongside a base subscription.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption of emerging technologies and solutions.
• History of winning head-to-head competitive evaluations against market competitors in the enterprise or healthcare software space.
