Product Manager – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and communicate the product vision for short, medium, and long-term strategies.

• Develop, prioritize, and refine the backlog utilizing RICE, MoSCoW, and Value vs. Effort methodologies.

• Drive continuous Product Discovery initiatives in collaboration with UX and Engineering teams.

• Convert metrics such as NPS, retention, conversion, and churn into actionable hypotheses and solutions.

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.

• Monitor product KPIs and OKRs, relaying outcomes to leadership and colleagues.

• Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and validate prototypes.

• Ensure clarity and detail in user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Perform benchmarking and analyze market trends.

• Oversee the post-launch user experience and make adjustments based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO), overseeing the lifecycle of digital products.

• Proficiency in and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, and Release Planning methodologies.

• Experience in leading prioritization and refinement ceremonies with engineering teams or squads.

• Capability to define and monitor product metrics and OKRs.

• Experience in managing roadmaps while balancing short-term and long-term objectives.

• Proven leadership in testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive presentations.

• Ability to cultivate relationships with diverse teams, partners, and leaders.

• Analytical approach to connect business strategy with product development and address user pain points.
