Senior Product Manager – Pro Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete onboarding experience for Kraken Pro, starting from the initial landing to a client's first trade.

• Evaluate the onboarding process and implement ongoing UX enhancements.

• Gain insights into Pro customers, their initial requirements, messaging, and trading motivations.

• Examine onboarding metrics to uncover friction points, drop-offs, and significant improvement opportunities.

• Create onboarding experiences that foster trust and guide clients with confidence.

• Assist clients in achieving their first trade more quickly and with increased confidence.

• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams to transform insights into tangible improvements.

• Leverage AI to identify friction points, forecast drop-offs, customize onboarding pathways and messaging, and expedite product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in onboarding, activation, or growth-focused UX initiatives.

• Strong intuition for user experience, including identifying friction, simplifying intricate processes, and designing for trust and enthusiasm.

• Proficient in data analysis, including establishing success metrics, evaluating funnels, and converting data into prioritized actions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with a keen interest in understanding users.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools on a daily basis.

• A passion for cryptocurrency and trading, along with a firm belief in Kraken Pro's mission.
