Vice President, Product Development – Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the exploration of new business opportunities.

• Identify and analyze market trends.

• Oversee product development for assigned items.

• Act as a liaison among Actuarial, Network, Sales, Implementation, and Operations teams.

• Provide expert knowledge to the Product Growth & Development department.

• Assess, enhance, and innovate ACA/Marketplace products in line with regulations, requirements, market trends, and customer demands.

• Design and develop ACA/Marketplace products and benefit structures.

• Create and implement product bundles tailored for target clients.

• Manage the transition of clients from sales to implementation and operations.

• Collaborate with Business Development to expand product offerings.

• Oversee products to ensure that membership, operational, and financial KPIs are achieved.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• Strong preference for candidates with ACA/Marketplace/Individual Market experience.

• A minimum of 10 years in sales, product development or management, or business development is required.

• Equivalent experience obtained through relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of the level of this position.
