Area Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize your current connections with real estate investors, agents, brokers, and other professionals to create and secure new lending prospects.

• Act as a representative for HouseMax Funding at real estate networking events, investment groups, and community gatherings.

• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of active borrowers and returning clients.

• Engage in consultative, solution-focused sales discussions tailored to the needs of investors and their project timelines.

• Work in collaboration with internal operations and underwriting teams to provide smooth loan experiences.

• Keep comprehensive records and manage opportunities using CRM tools to achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives.

• Foster long-lasting, trust-based relationships that lead to continuous referrals and repeat business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably with a background in private lending, real estate investment, construction, or financial services.

• A well-established and active network within the local builder, contractor, and real estate investment sectors.

• A thorough understanding of asset-based lending, real estate project assessment, and investor requirements.

• Proven history of consistently surpassing sales targets in a self-motivated, territory-driven role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Proficient with technology, organized, and disciplined in managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
