Vice President, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the product management team and take ownership of the product portfolio.

• Oversee a customer-facing roadmap aligned with company objectives.

• Distribute investments across customer-facing teams, shared platforms, and long-term initiatives.

• Make stage-gate decisions grounded in evidence.

• Conduct annual strategy and quarterly planning sessions with the VP of Engineering.

• Define and communicate decision rights.

• Provide operational support for product managers.

• Drive partner adoption within EHR and eCall systems.

• Set standards for AI accuracy, false alarms, privacy, and evidence.

• Collaborate with major operators to shape pricing and packaging alongside Sales and Marketing.

• Represent the Product team at industry events and engage with investors.

• Mentor, evaluate, and recruit product managers.

• Manage customer NOI, Wellness AI, staffing intelligence, and product throughput outcomes.

• Aim to double the rate of committed features launched and adopted by customers within the next year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the United States.

• More than 10 years of experience in product management.

• At least 5 years of experience leading product managers across various product areas.

• Proven experience guiding product managers through operational-model transformations.

• Familiarity with products that integrate hardware, AI/ML, and cloud software.

• Experience in shipping AI/ML, hardware, and platform or partner-ecosystem products to market.

• Background in stage-gated development, certification, and ensuring field reliability.

• Established credibility in the enterprise B2B space.

• Proven experience managing a product's financial performance.

• A decisive player-coach and effective communicator who earns the respect of engineering teams.

• Experience in healthcare or senior living is strongly preferred.

• Experience with regulated products, including HIPAA and life-safety regulations, is strongly preferred.
