This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the sales organization to foster profitable growth, enhance margins, and cultivate strategic customer relationships in both domestic and international markets.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
• Establish, convey, and monitor strategic sales initiatives, priorities, and performance indicators.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to promote accountability, engagement, and achievement of results.
• Design and refine sales processes, structures, and resources to ensure sustainable growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Propel revenue growth by enhancing product mix, maintaining pricing discipline, and improving margin performance.
• Analyze customer demand, market trends, and competitive activities to inform forecasting and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Operations to convert customer insights into products, enhancements, and market opportunities.
• Lead pivotal customer negotiations and align commercial agreements with corporate objectives and profitability goals.
• Work alongside Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership on initiatives that span the enterprise.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in relation to business goals.
• Promote a customer-centric culture while weighing customer needs against long-term business interests.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Proven success in B2B and/or manufacturing sectors.
• Capability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth, revenue expansion, and margin improvement.
• Experience in building, leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales and customer service teams.
• Strong business, financial, and operational insight, including forecasting, pricing, margin management, and revenue accountability.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and strategic account management.
• Experience supporting product development and commercialization through insights from customers and the market.
• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and influence.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to lead change, achieve results, and collaborate across all levels and functions.
• Customer-focused leadership that balances customer needs with business objectives.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
• Resilient, adaptable, collaborative, and forward-thinking mindset.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% both domestically and internationally.
• This is a full-time exempt position.
