This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Oversee and accomplish financial objectives for the Division by increasing revenue in accounts and enhancing sales to current clients.
• Improve gross margins for both established customers and new expansion accounts.
• Attract, nurture, and retain talented sales professionals.
• Identify, manage, and analyze sales outcomes and market potential for both new sales and client retention.
• Foster relationships with key clients to comprehend business requirements and offer comprehensive solutions, programs, and services.
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets while adhering to the Division's cost, expense, revenue, and profit goals.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM prospect information, including revenue potential and likelihood of closure.
• Collaborate with divisional managers, corporate leaders, clients, and sales teams.
• Engage in customer discussions with high-value accounts.
• Schedule regular meetings with the Division's top 10 clients.
• Accompany Account Executives on visits to the top 20 clients, with an expectation of traveling 4 out of 5 days.
• Work with operational counterparts to enhance sales processes, increase operational efficiencies, and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train, and cultivate staff while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Inspire and lead employees to develop skilled teams.
• Ensure the timely execution of both Division-wide and corporate performance management initiatives.
• Carry out additional duties necessary for the efficient operation of the department and company.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales, and services is required.
• Proven expertise in sales management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product and service offerings.
• Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of financial analysis and communication.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including hospital operations, alternative care providers, and medical equipment manufacturers.
• Awareness of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement structures, legislation, and customer demographics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under time constraints.
• High capacity for managing change and uncertainty.
• Capability to identify areas for skill development and acquire new processes and technologies.
• Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks based on business needs.
