This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
β’ Direct central planning initiatives that align long-term customer demand with product and service requirements.
β’ Consolidate and oversee functional data from category management and regional procurement.
β’ Ensure enterprise-wide transparency regarding inventory, asset management, product life cycle, and end-of-life status.
β’ Develop reporting mechanisms and governance for cash flows, liabilities, and liquidity impacts related to inventory, committed supply, and capacity reservations.
β’ Assist in the governance of SKU and associated master data structures.
β’ Enhance real-time asset management and tracking capabilities via integrated digital platforms.
β’ Lead supply chain digital platform initiatives and integration efforts in collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams.
β’ Manage governance for cumulative inventory reporting concerning tangible assets.
β’ Supervise enterprise strategies for asset visibility across inventory, installed base, spare parts, transition stock, and end-of-life risks.
β’ Offer strategic guidance for corporate software and IT management within procurement and supply chain.
β’ Establish operating rhythms, governance forums, and performance reporting for the center-of-excellence model.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
β’ Proven project management skills leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning procurement, supply chain, finance, IT, and operations.
β’ Extensive finance expertise in interpreting and managing intricate financial structures linked to inventory, assets, supply commitments, and enterprise planning.
β’ Advanced reporting proficiency concerning tax, asset staging, tariffs, cash flow exposure, liabilities, liquidity, and operational inventory positions.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of complex financing models, structured payments, milestone-based commercial agreements, and supply-related financial commitments.
β’ Experience in managing cash and liability associated with warehousing, inventory, and assets, including reconciliation, forecasting, and executive reporting.
β’ Capacity to integrate operational data, financial impacts, and planning assumptions into decision-support reports for senior leadership.
β’ Strong analytical and governance abilities, including standardizing reporting definitions, enforcing data quality, and enhancing enterprise visibility.
β’ Ability to function effectively in a highly matrixed environment with numerous stakeholders.
β’ Readiness to travel up to 20%, with potential for increased travel over time.
β’ Capability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
