Divisional Vice President – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the designated division and district offices

• Formulate and implement strategies that empower facilities, personnel, and processes to provide outstanding customer service nationwide

• Foster continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the division

• Work in partnership with sales, operations excellence, and technology teams to prepare for increases in volume and the introduction of new services

• Encourage positive customer interactions and guarantee a robust service experience

• Maintain ongoing communication with sales to comprehend and fulfill customer expectations

• Collaborate with the Vice President for Operational Excellence to enhance operational efficiency

• Supervise district personnel and service delivery on a daily basis

• Set performance standards and metrics to assess success and proactively identify issues

• Develop budgets and create as well as implement strategic plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the territory: Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

• At least 10 years of experience in a management role, overseeing operations and process improvement within an organization

• Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Device sector is essential

• Strong financial acumen, including previous responsibilities for profit and loss

• Proven ability to lead and instigate change among leadership, peers, and direct reports

• A demonstrated history as an operational leader

• Willingness to travel up to 75%

• Capable of setting and executing effective multi-year growth strategies

• Proficient in establishing budgets and preparing/executing strategic plans

• Strong internal and external communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities

• Proficient in quantitative analysis with a rigorous, metrics-driven management approach

• Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the capability to manage large, complex initiatives across a wide network and ensure successful completion

• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and a history of continuous improvement/Six Sigma methodology

• Ability to work under time constraints in a dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
