This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee operational initiatives and collaborate with key operational leaders.
• Offer guidance to regional leaders.
• Create essential performance metrics and operational KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop the operational management team.
• Assist in strategic planning for operations, execution of strategies, and implementation of standardized processes.
• Construct scalable departmental structures that support organizational growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing client workflows, best practices, and existing bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with finance and RCM teams to assess collection capabilities and adherence to payer contracts.
• Work alongside the Chief Operating Officer on strategies for National Account prospecting and referral generation.
• Drive growth that is profitable, ensure clinical excellence, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate collaboration across organizations and the development of scalable solutions.
• Prioritize objectives and implement company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
• Manage staff directly and indirectly, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, counseling, and managing performance.
• Set annual departmental goals and objectives.
• Ensure the achievement of performance evaluations and organizational retention goals.
• Guarantee compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional standards.
• Stay informed about HME products and services.
• Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Advocate for the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
• Must be a resident of the state of Missouri.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent work experience in the HME industry (eight years).
• A minimum of seven years’ experience in relevant healthcare roles.
• Preferred experience in healthcare administration, finance, insurance customer services, claims, billing, home health, and/or medical terminology training.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence.
• Possess a strategic vision with the capability to execute plans effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial reports, modeling, and performance presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with multiple and competing customer demands.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to adapt to complex workflows and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of executive-level presentations and managing high-level client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Capability to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as required.
• Willingness to travel extensively as necessary.
