This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Offer strategic direction for Growth Audiences initiatives within the designated audience segment.
β’ Develop, enhance, and modify market strategies tailored to specific segments across key focus markets.
β’ Oversee the implementation of the Growth Audiences strategy while contributing to the overarching strategy through experimental learning techniques.
β’ Assess which strategic methods should be broadened, modified, put on hold, or sequenced as the program advances.
β’ Collaborate with enterprise executives on market expansion, refining operational models, and identifying future capability requirements.
β’ Mentor market directors, AVPs, and other field leaders on the recruitment, development, and retention of advisors.
β’ Enhance leadership capabilities and establish leadership expectations and operational norms.
β’ Set the strategic course for community relationship development alongside Partnerships corporate leadership.
β’ Cultivate relationships with community members, centers of influence, and external partners.
β’ Prioritize GA investments in recruiting, sales, retention, partnerships, and necessary support capabilities.
β’ Suggest future market-entry strategies, leadership requirements, and capability investments to senior management.
β’ Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services sector.
β’ Significant field leadership experience in advisor recruitment, market expansion, distribution leadership, or similar roles.
β’ Demonstrated success with multicultural markets, diverse growth strategies, or advisor/client segments that necessitate culturally relevant methodologies.
β’ Proven ability to foster community, partnership, or center-of-influence relationships.
β’ Successful track record of coaching senior field leaders and exerting influence within a matrixed environment.
β’ Ability to shape strategy, refine market approaches, and translate enterprise priorities into scalable outcomes.
β’ Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capabilities.
β’ Experience in prioritizing investments, partnerships, and capabilities to facilitate growth.
β’ Strong executive presence and effective communication skills with field leaders, corporate partners, and senior executives.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
