Vice President – Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand the business by transforming relationships and concepts into concrete commercial results

• Establish how healthcare brands present themselves, grow, and take the lead

• Conduct interviews, facilitate focus groups, analyze reports, and integrate data sources

• Utilize customized AI tools to identify patterns, insights, and strategic opportunities

• Create actionable recommendations for clients

• Collaborate with behavioral scientists, creatives, technologists, and strategic leaders from BGB and Kx

• Develop assessments of market opportunities, go-to-market strategies, and/or competitive strategies

• Expand key client accounts and generate new business with senior executives

• Achieve project outcomes by leveraging institutional knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and business insight

• Assist in the development of intellectual capital and IxI’s marketplace value proposition

• Inspire, mentor, and serve as a role model for junior team members

• Oversee profitability at both the project and practice levels

• Present clear, compelling narratives and contribute to a culture focused on learning

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, psychology, business, or a related field

• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, including healthcare consulting, research, pharma or biotech, medical communications, behavioral science, or academia with practical application

• Established network of robust client relationships within the healthcare industry

• Strategic thinker with a curious mindset

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from both qualitative and quantitative data

• Proactive attitude and excellent organizational abilities
