Regional VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the sales initiatives with financial intermediaries within the designated territory.

• Establish and nurture relationships with financial intermediaries to drive asset generation.

• Provide education to financial advisors regarding Guggenheim's products and services through one-on-one or group presentations, conference calls, branch visits, seminars, conferences, or training sessions.

• Create and execute territory business plans to achieve set sales objectives.

• Keep activity and profile information updated in the CRM.

• Ensure adherence to licensing requirements, ongoing education, and firm-mandated training.

• Stay informed about company products, initiatives, and marketing strategies.

• Oversee expense accounts and budgets while submitting expense reports.

• Collaborate with the assigned internal wholesaler to meet sales targets by leveraging leads from referrals, digital advertising campaigns, and cold outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance or Business).

• Current FINRA Registrations (Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66).

• Must reside within the corresponding geographic territory.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer.

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Energetic, self-driven, with a positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.

• Strong work ethic and demonstrated leadership skills.

• High level of integrity.

• Ability and willingness to prepare thoroughly and execute with passion.

• Strong skills in relationship building with a client-focused mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Familiarity with investment strategies and concepts.
