
Vice President – Invoice to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct and manage the Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Requestor Management teams, consisting of approximately 50 staff members.
• Take ownership of enterprise-wide accounts receivable performance, with a direct focus on reducing DSO and managing past-due aging.
• Conduct weekly reviews of aging accounts, analyze top delinquent accounts, and manage high-risk customer situations.
• Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly operational cadences for collections.
• Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators, including DSO, aging mix, Collection Effectiveness Index, dispute cycle time, and billing accuracy.
• Enhance collections, improve billing accuracy, optimize cash application, and streamline dispute workflows.
• Develop and advance requestor management and data integrity processes, including handling sales tax-exempt requestor management.
• Collaborate with R&D to design accounts receivable and collections modules within the platform.
• Oversee cash application processes across ACH, wire transfers, lockbox services, credit cards, checks, and electronic payment systems.
• Ensure customer and requestor payments are posted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Establish and uphold internal controls for cash receipt processing.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven cash application tools and/or robotic process automation.
• Work in collaboration with the Controller, SVP of Finance, and VP of FP&A.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure effective department and organizational operations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in the management of Order/Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance.
• CPA is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, multi-functional teams with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in Release of Information, Revenue Cycle, Record Retrieval, or Healthcare is preferred.
• Technically skilled in data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.
• Willingness to travel 5 to 10% of the time.
