This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the senior people advisor to the CEO and the leadership team.
β’ Develop workforce-planning capabilities and address critical talent and skill shortages.
β’ Collaborate on organizational structure, spans and layers, role clarity, and operational model decisions.
β’ Drive organizational change and manage workforce transitions.
β’ Take charge of talent acquisition strategies and external talent networks.
β’ Oversee onboarding processes to facilitate quick ramp-up for new hires.
β’ Manage the performance management philosophy and associated processes.
β’ Coach managers on performance discussions, rewards, and handling underperformance.
β’ Identify capability gaps through assessments of training needs.
β’ Create scalable career growth pathways.
β’ Lead the annual compensation cycle and establish a global compensation framework.
β’ Supervise benefits programs and collaborate with the CFO.
β’ Cultivate company culture, monitor employee engagement and organizational health, and guide leaders through employee-related matters and investigations.
β’ Oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS strategy, data integrity, compliance, and people metrics.
β’ Collaborate with Finance regarding headcount and workforce costs.
β’ Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
β’ Manage the HR budget and people investment decisions.
β’ Contribute to company strategy as part of the executive leadership team.
β’ Extensive, progressive HR leadership experience, including serving as the senior-most HR leader or a senior HR executive with comprehensive functional responsibility.
β’ Experience in a growth-stage B2B SaaS, technology, or data-driven environment, ideally within a startup, scale-up, or PE-backed context.
β’ Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
β’ Significant experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting senior, hard-to-find talent.
β’ A successful history of coaching executives and senior leaders.
β’ Strong background in employee relations and performance management, including performance improvement plans, investigations, restructurings, and separations.
β’ Experience in leading compensation planning and developing compensation structures.
β’ Experience in managing benefits with a focus on responsible cost management.
β’ Proficiency in HRIS.
β’ Direct experience with Rippling is highly preferred.
β’ Experience with M&A/post-acquisition integration is a plus.
β’ Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred.
