This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Brand Ambassadors, Team Lead Ambassadors, and City Managers.
• Advertise job openings, source candidates, and maintain active recruitment pipelines within US markets.
• Evaluate candidates and schedule interviews with the relevant Operations Managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the entire recruitment procedure.
• Collaborate with Operations to understand weekly and future staffing needs.
• Assist in recruitment efforts for new market and campaign launches.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to Operations.
• Take charge of the complete onboarding process for newly hired Brand Ambassadors.
• Ensure that BAs complete all necessary documentation and onboarding steps prior to training and deployment.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with new hires to address any outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure new BAs are prepared for training and deployment.
• Address BA inquiries throughout the onboarding phase and offer timely HR assistance.
• Maintain precise onboarding records and track the status of new hires.
• Keep accurate records of active, inactive, and rehired field team members.
• Assist with onboarding for TLAs and CMs as necessary.
• Work with Operations to identify BAs who qualify for Team Lead promotions.
• Manage the administrative process for BA-to-TLA transitions.
• Ensure visibility of the TLA pipeline across all markets.
• Facilitate the process and administration of Team Lead promotions while Operations manages performance evaluations and candidate selection.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
• Proficient in advanced English.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage recruitment processes across multiple cities simultaneously.
• Comfortable addressing payroll and employee-related questions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with frontline, hourly, or field-based teams is preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and expanding organization.
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
