
HR Talent Partner β Business Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Implement the enterprise talent strategy that aligns with the long-term goals of the business.
β’ Collaborate with the CFO, CIO, Chief Claims Officer, General Counsel, Chief Audit Executive, and other business leaders to determine talent priorities and skill gaps.
β’ Develop a comprehensive talent management framework that encompasses workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, assessment, mobility, and performance management.
β’ Establish governance for talent evaluations and organizational planning processes.
β’ Create a uniform strategic HR consulting model across various business units.
β’ Provide guidance to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, workforce planning, and change management.
β’ Facilitate annual enterprise talent evaluations and succession planning sessions with executive leadership and the Board.
β’ Construct succession pipelines for key executive and critical positions.
β’ Manage workplace investigations and intricate employee relations issues.
β’ Drive organizational redesign and assist in enterprise change initiatives.
β’ Act as an executive coach and trusted advisor to senior leadership.
β’ Create talent dashboards and leverage workforce analytics to guide executive decision-making.
β’ Deliver talent insights and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
β’ Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering with senior executives.
β’ Demonstrated experience in designing and leading corporate functions talent strategies.
β’ Background in organizational design and effectiveness.
β’ Experience in talent assessment and succession planning.
β’ Proven track record in leadership development and enhancing leadership effectiveness.
β’ Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
β’ Ability to partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance on sensitive employment issues.
β’ Experience in workforce planning, organizational transformation, and change management.
β’ Skilled in developing talent dashboards and utilizing workforce analytics.
β’ Experience in establishing enterprise governance, policies, and talent management practices.
β’ Ability to advise and influence executive leadership, presenting insights to both executive leadership and the Board.
