This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement a human resources strategy that aligns with business objectives, promotes organizational growth, and addresses operational requirements.
β’ Provide guidance to executive leadership on matters related to workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, and employee relations.
β’ Convert business priorities into actionable people-focused initiatives with defined success metrics.
β’ Lead and nurture the HR leadership team while overseeing HR budgets and resource allocation.
β’ Create and manage talent management and succession planning initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to establish hiring priorities and manage workforce demands.
β’ Supervise performance management, employee relations, investigations, engagement, retention, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and compliance.
β’ Develop HR policies, procedures, governance frameworks, reporting systems, and workforce data practices.
β’ Collaborate with legal, compliance, business, finance, training, and operational leadership.
β’ Drive people-related organizational changes, business growth, and operational transformations.
β’ Enhance HR processes and service delivery through the integration of technology, automation, and ongoing improvements.
β’ Maintain a balance between consistent HR standards and the unique needs of local markets and operating teams.
β’ Significant progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive roles within BPO, contact center, customer experience, shared services, or similar labor-intensive service environments.
β’ Proven experience supporting a large, geographically diverse workforce across various sites or business units.
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
β’ Experience in tackling workforce challenges in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting, including issues related to retention, engagement, and leadership capabilities.
β’ Established ability to advise senior executives and align people strategies with business and financial objectives.
β’ Experience in leading and developing HR teams and managing intricate cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of relevant employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations practices within supported markets.
β’ Ability to analyze workforce metrics and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
β’ Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and change management.
β’ Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and the capacity to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity.
β’ Preferred: Experience in supporting multinational BPO/CX operations.
β’ Preferred: Experience in leading HR transformations, implementing HR technology, or enhancing shared services.
β’ Preferred: Experience in supporting business growth, organizational restructuring, or the integration of acquisitions.
β’ Preferred: Relevant professional HR certification or an advanced degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
